We have long been big admirers of Atlanta Soul and were thrilled to have them on board. We believe that Atlanta Soul are Manchester’s best kept secret and they’re destined for big things. Their live performances are legendary and, really, the only way to find out why is to go and see them.

The Car Park Theme is performed and recorded by the Atlanta Soul Band, Manchester's top live soul act. The band also wrote, arranged and performed the music for Car Park Manager. They were selected to play at the closing event of the Commonwealth Games. They also played the last ever night at Band On The Wall in December 2004. A historic and emotional occasion.

Manchester’s music community opposed the closure of Band On The Wall and the makers of Car Park agree that it was a bad move. Band On The Wall was Atlanta Soul’s spiritual home and now, something wonderful has been consigned to history.

A huge slice of Car Park musical soundtrack is by PathMedia and Jon Brooks.

PathMedia make music for a whole range of media projects. They are regarded as one of the most respected indie bands in Manchester.

Jon studied in Cambridge and London and holds a Masters degree (with commendation) in Film and Television Composition; He is a multi-instrumentalist, mainly playing piano, French horn and trumpet. With his recording studio based in Cheshire, he composes music for film, television, computer games, animations, web sites, corporate videos and generally anything for the media. He also orchestrates, arranges and conducts a variety of musical genres. Recent clients and credits include: Sony Playstation II, Oxford University Press, X-Box, City of Prague Philharmonic, Astra Zeneca, Richard Clayderman, Andy Cole's Children's Foundation, Game Cube and S.P.N.M.
